L’épicerie existante au rez-de-chaussée et l’appartement aux étages supérieurs ont été transformés. La nouvelle toiture en forme de vague en acier Corten fait référence à la proximité de la Moselle, pendant que le « Schengener Putz », un enduit de chaux et sable de Moselle est utilisé en façade.

The existing grocery shop on the ground floor and the flat on the upper floors were converted. The new wave-shaped roof made of Corten steel refers to the proximity of the Moselle, while the “Schengener Putz”, a Moselle sand-lime plaster, is used on the façade.
