La situation topographique et l’espace très restreint du site ont fortement influencé la conception urbanistique et architecturale de ce projet. Le nouveau bâtiment fait face à celui de 1910. Les façades, généreusement vitrées, sont alignées.

The topographical position and very limited space at the site strongly influenced the urbanistic and architectural design of this project. The new building now stands opposite the old one dating back to 1910, their largely glass-fronted facades aligned.
