The extension and contemporary renovation of the Museum respect the horizontal lines and the use of stone in this central area of the World Heritage “Luxembourg, Old Quarters and Fortifications”. Les anciennes maisons d’habitation Printz et Richard ont été transformées pour accueil- lir la Chambre des députés. Situées juste à côté du Palais grand-ducal et à proximité des ministères, elles sont reliées par une passerelle en verre structurel. The former Printz and Richard residences were converted to accommodate the Chamber of Deputies. Located right beside the Grand Ducal Palace and a stone’s throw from gov- ernment ministry buildings, the two houses are connected by a structural glass bridge.
