L’intérieur révèle un pro- gramme innovant avec de nouvelles formes de vie communautaire pour personnes à faible revenu. The project fits into the environment through its corner building design and its sobriety. The interior reveals an innovative program with new forms of community life for low- income people.. Cette maison passive est peu visible de la rue en raison des grands blocs de pierre qui la composent et de sa toiture verte. Elle est ainsi ancrée dans le paysage. Le vaste porte-à-faux de l’auvent pour voitures marque l’entrée sur un grand espace baigné de lumière. Large sandstone boulders and a green roof hide this passive house from the street and anchor it in the landscape. The big canti- lever over the carport signals the entrance to a large living space full of light. La nouvelle extension, qui s’articule autour de la structure existante, s’inspire de l’art japonais de l’origami. In place of the old bar and restaurant, modern and contemporary architecture, tightly linked to its context, reflects the new image of this iconic venue in Luxembourg. The new part, interwoven around the existing house, is inspired by the Japanese art of origami.
